Event Contract & Agreement

Terms and Conditions

• I understand that my non–refundable Deposit and signed contract will serve as my binding agreement.
• I understand that my Deposit will only be refunded up to 7 days from the booking date.  Should I choose to cancel or alter the date of my party after the 7 days has passed I understand my deposit will not be credited back to me or towards my event invoice.
• Party deposit will be deducted from my final bill as long as the party is held on the original date booked.
• I understand that the room rental fee is $50.00
• I understand the Menu price listed is a discounted CASH price and the CARD price is 3% Higher.
  
• I understand there will be a 20% service charge and 6.625% tax added to all food and beverage.
• I understand that the total cost of my event if held in the large banquet room (Saturday 1pm-4pm),(Sunday 2-5pm) will be based on a minimum of 30 adults or minimum guaranteed at time of final head count; whichever is greater.  Minimums for all buffets are 40 adults.  If the event is held in our smaller conference room there is a minimum requirement of $100 in food purchases.  
• I understand I am able to begin setting up for my party 30 minutes prior to time of event.
• I understand that if upon the day of the event less people showed up than my final count, I will be charged for the number of people I gave as my final count (minimums still apply to larger room)
• I understand that payment is calculated on the guests attending the event and I will not receive credit based on the guest not ordering an entrée.
• I understand that full payment is expected at the end of the function. 
• I understand that final headcount and all menu selections are required no later than 7 days prior to my event.   
• I understand that Larry's II reserves the right to limit the noise/ volume during events for the consideration of others.
• I understand that the host or hostess is to assume responsibility for the conduct of all persons in attendance, and is responsible for any damage or theft of property.
• I understand that there must be an adult present at all times during a function of persons that are 18 or under.
