Will my party be private? When are the rooms available?
We have two rooms that are available for private parties: Our banquet room which holds 100 people and our Conference room with a maximum of 28 people. Our Banquet room is available for private parties on Saturday from 1pm till 4pm, Sundays from 2pm to 5pm or Sundays from 6pm to 9pm. Our smaller conference room is available for privacy at almost anytime dependent on availability.
How do I reserve the room?
All parties are booked on a first come basis. We require $200 deposit to reserve either of the rooms. This deposit is applied to your final bill. Once you reserve the room we will turn away any parties that try to book on the same date/time and in turn, your deposit is non refundable. However, If you cancel or change your event date and your time slot is rebooked with another party we will refund your deposit.
Is there a charge for the room? There is a $50 charge for the private use of our Banquet facilities. Each room does have a minimum requirement for its use. Please see the section "How is my final bill determined?" below for more info on minimums.
Can I bring my own Cake?
Yes. Cake service is included with the dessert options on all our party menus.
Can I show up early to set up?
You may show up 30 min. prior to the event time to set up centerpieces and decorations. We do not allow confetti due to difficulties with its cleanup. We do offer table cloths and cloth napkins as an extra option however if you are planning on using your own you must drop them off the day prior to the event. Our tables are rectangular and are 48 inches by 30 inches in size. We normally combine 2 tables and each is set for 8 to 10 people. Combined they are 96 inch rectangle tables. Do you have any electronics we can use?
We have a Microphone & projector screen that accepts PC/Mac/HDMI hookups. We have many adapters available but please stop by at least 1 day prior to your event to test your computer and ensure there will be no connection issues with your hardware.
How is my final bill determined?
Earn a $30 Gift Card when paying by Cash or Check. Your final head count and menu selection is due at least 2 days prior to the event; with the exception of Funerals. We will prepare food for this amount and base your bill off of these numbers. No credits will be applied for patrons who do not attend or eat. Your price per person will depend on the menu you choose. Most private parties require a minimum of 30 adults. There are no Minimum requirements for Funerals. Parties in the conference room, which has a maximum capacity of 28 people, have a purchase minimum of $100 in food. Certain menu choices such as buffets have a higher minimum requirement.
What payments do you accept?
We accept and prefer personal checks or cash due on or before the day of the event. We do also accept Visa/MasterCard & Discover. (You will receive a $30 Gift Card when paying by cash or check.)
